Breakfast food was good, not great...not crowded. plenty of seating. Our 11th floor room was comfortable. The elevators were slow and required you room key (we sometimes shared the elevator with staff and very large carts) Check in was easy and the staff were friendly, even directing us to a local bar, by walking outside and showing us the way, and looking cool in the SF Giants themed uniform. At check in we also received a goody bag with bottled water, and some snacks. Our walk to Oracle Park was only about 5 minutes, very convenient. There was limited parking at the hotel which was explained to us, but they let us know that right across the street (3rd St.) was a public parking garage (the Beacon) that cost $15 less than the hotel, $60 per day. The hotel had a nice bar, but, to our disappointment, closed at 10pm (on a Friday night) after the Giants game, not a major issue but a bit of a letdown. All in all a very good experience. My wife and I agreed we would come back, even if it wasn't for a Giants game =:)

Hyatt Place has a wonderful breakfast, including eggs, sausage, sauteed potatoes, berries, and the usual cereal and breads. I think booking.com says this has parking, and that is not quite true; there is a public parking garage 1/2 block away that allows you to park overnight. Usually, it is $30, but if there is a Giants game, it goes up to $70. You don't want to park on the street in San Francisco, there are a lot of smash and grabs. So make sure, no matter where you park your car in SF, that it looks like nothing is in it. The area is safe around the hotel. The beds are comfortable; they have a nice hotel bar downstairs; the hours were 4-10 when we were there. They also have a nice patio with gas fireplaces. It is nice to hang out there. If you are new to the area, be sure to walk down to the Embarcadero. It is beautiful at night, and the Bay Bridge is all lit up. After a Giants game, there are lots of people out and about.

So many things! First, the location was a block from Oracle Park (the purpose of my trip). Second, the hotel was able to accommodate my specific room request (that I did through the Booking.com App). Third, the staff was GREAT. They were very helpful during our odd check-in (past midnight)/check-out (4:45am) times; during breakfast (food was delicious and fully stocked during that time); and even provided me packets of toothpaste when I sheepishly asked because we had run out as this was the last stop on our trip. Finally, our room and the facility was CLEAN. No straggling hairs in bathroom, bed, couch. The mattress was comfortable (not too soft, not lumpy). There were lots of guests and the lobby was clean and orderly, as were the numerous areas available for breakfast seating (inside and outside which included two long fire pits).

I love the employees super nice and they even helped us out with a later check out for no extra costs because they had the availability. Loved that really came in handy. Super clean they have the coolest rooftop bar and an outside patio area 🙌 Love the layout. Only thing I didn't like was the parking is first come first serve and the only other parking option (granted it's cheaper) Is across the street and you can't go in and out or you'll get charged every time and you have to have your car back in there by 2 am. Other than that everything was amazing Will be back for sure

The location is clean. It is very small but I think every hotel in this location is a bit small. Parking is limited and expensive at the location. There is a parking garage down the street but no in out privileges. The rooms are clean and the outside areas are well kept. The downstairs atrium is calming and a great place to have breakfast. The breakfast was great! Many selections. The indoor eating area is small and crowded but the outside seating is very nice. They have a well kept equipped gym with a water dispenser and towels available.
